If you registered your domain through us, there's nothing to do! We've already taken care of the DNS changes necessary. If you registered it elsewhere, you'll need to make the following DNS changes:

† Feel free to use a lower TTL if you wish. Some registrars allow 600 (10 minutes) and this works well.
Each registrar is different, so it's impossible to give step-by-step directions for each provider. Generally the DNS settings can be accessed near or on the same page as the nameserver settings. You may need to consult their help documentation or technical support for assistance with this feature. If you get stuck, please let us know and we'll help.
Every mail client software is different, but the "Add New Account" wizard on all clients will ask the same basic questions.

Your username and password are assigned during account setup, but you can change your password inside the OCS Webmail interface.
Due to a recent change in Outlook's account wizard, you must start the new account wizard in a slightly different way. Start Outlook, then go to the File menu and click on Account Settings then click Manage Profiles. From here, click Email Accounts then click New. Pick Manual Setup, then POP or IMAP, then enter the details in the table above. This variation on the new account wizard gives you the ability to specify a username that's different from your email address which our service requires.
Login to OCS Webmail, then click on the Settings gear icon on the left hand menu. Click Password, then set your desired password.

Personal checks, company checks and purchase orders are gladly accepted. Purchase orders and NET term arrangements are subject to approval. Cash may be sent securely to our physical address.
