Are There Any Limitations of Managed Shared Hosting?
Managed hosting includes support of all items listed above. It does not include any programming, development, or web design services. Any software that you install or configurations that you change may not be covered, so we recommend that you let us perform any needed installations of software or configuration changes.
While it is highly unusual that anyone exceeds the monthly cap of 2 hours per shared hosting account of total system administration time, any time spent over this amount per month is billed at the discounted rate of $50 per hour, billable in 15 minute increments with no minimum.
