Q: I'm not sure which plan I need to go with, or I may need a custom plan. Can you help?
A: Absolutely, that's what we're here for! Just contact us and we'll be glad to help you choose. We can also create a custom plan based on your needs.
Q: Why don't you offer unlimited bandwidth or disk space?
A: Because there is no such thing as unlimited bandwidth and disk space, and to promise you the availability of unlimited disk space or bandwidth in a shared hosting environment would not be fair. Bandwidth and hard drives cost money, and no company can offer stable and reliable service and still make a profit by giving unlimited bandwidth and disk space.
Q: There are other companies who offer more space and bandwidth for the price. Why is this?
A: We realize that we're not the cheapest web hosting company. We also know we're nowhere near the most expensive either. We've struck a balance that has worked for us for over 10 years that allowed us to earn a reputation for top-notch service and still be profitable. When you get down to comparing each offer on a feature-by-feature basis, and factor in the quality support you'll receive, it's very hard to beat our web hosting.
Q: I registered my domain through another company. Can I still host it with you?
A: Yes. You don't have to transfer your domain to our registration service either. Your welcome e-mail from us will contain our nameservers. You can change your domain's nameservers in your domain registrar's control panel, and in as little as 15 minutes after you change them, your site will be served from our servers.
Q: Can I change plans at any time?
A: Absolutely! You're in full control. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time without any additional fees.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept? Do you accept purchase orders?
A: We accept credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, and American Express), PayPal (all major credit cards and checking accounts), Checks, Direct Debit from your checking or savings, and purchase orders.
